About SaaS Compliance

Author: The SaaS Compliance Engineering Team

Our mission

To simplify the fragmented Indian compliance landscape through data-driven analysis—so buyers can shortlist HR and payroll platforms with clearer sightlines into statutory fit, integration maturity, and operational risk.

Methodology

We treat each hub as a small research product. Our pipeline combines automated collection with human editorial judgment:

How we produce comparison pages
LayerWhat we do
Source captureWe scrape and excerpt public technical documentation, help centers, and product pages (see data/raw_data.json) to ground claims in what vendors actually publish.
API & integrationWe verify API maturity signals at a high level—REST/webhook story, India payroll modules, and how cleanly HRMS exports reconcile with finance and compliance workflows (always confirm against live docs in your RFP).
State tax automationWe audit state-specific automation in product copy and structured matrices: Professional Tax, LWF, minimum wage registers, and contractor flows where the product discloses them. We do not certify legal outcomes—readers should validate with a CA and state portals.
Page buildGenerated articles and procurement-style matrices are merged into data/seo_pages.json and validated at site build so broken shape fails CI early.

Trust

Commitment to accuracy

We update our records every Monday to reflect changing state legislation and published vendor changes where they affect our comparisons—especially Professional Tax, LWF, and Minimum Wage rules that show up in public notifications and help-center updates. SaaS Compliance is informational; statutory liability stays with you, your CA, and your compliance partners.
